What file formats do I get?

Digital downloads are high-resolution image files — typically 4K PNG. The exact files and formats depend on what the store includes with each product, so check the product page for details before you buy.

What sizes can I print at?

Our digital files are sized for prints up to A2 (16×23") at 300 dpi. Many customers print at A4, A3, 8×10", or 11×14" with excellent results.

How do I get my download?

A download link is emailed to you immediately after payment. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes — and if the email never arrives, just sign in to our site and open the order: the download link is always available on the order detail page.

Can I use the art commercially?

Personal use is included in all purchases. Commercial licences (print-on-demand resale, merchandise) are available as a separate add-on at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Physical print-on-demand items ship worldwide via our print partner. Shipping times vary by destination (see our Shipping page).

What if my print arrives damaged?

Email us at [email protected] with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 1 business day.

Can I cancel my order?

Digital downloads cannot be cancelled after delivery. POD orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase (before production starts). Email us immediately.
